Spanish Visa Medical

We are providing Spanish Visa Medicals as a face to face consultation 

• This lasts 30 mins and I will ask you variety of questions relating to your medical history and specifically in regards to the Certificate Requirements of the Spanish Consulate whilst reviewing your medical history. 
• You will require a brief physical examination relevant to the assessment.
• The Medical Certificate will be provided to you at the end of the appointment which will also contain the translated text.
• If for any reason you do not meet the criteria for the visa medical, we cannot refund the cost of your medical. 

• Please note:  in the event that your visa is not granted by the Spanish Consulate, we cannot refund the cost of your medical.

The certificate should state that you are free of drug addiction, mental illness and you do not suffer from any disease that could cause serious repercussions to public health according to the specifications of the International Health Regulations (IHR) of 2005.

Drs Cemali Aksogut and Asif Naseem are both registered with the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office therefore his signature will be recognised when documents are legalised in the apostille process and should speed up the process. 

• NHS GP medical records, details regarding and medications and any letters from specialists for any medical conditions you may have.*
• Passport for Photo identification
