taxi / HGV / Motorsport medicals

At Meridian Medical we provide medicals to assess fitness to drive according to the UK DVLA guidance. The includes Group 2. 

Taxi and Uber - we can undertake these medicals but if you are applying for Private Hire in a specific borough then please ensure you send us their criteria in advance of the booking so we can confirm we can complete this for you.  We are able to complete Uber (TFL) TPH 204 form.

Important:  We require access to your FULL medical records, this includes all attachments on your NHS GP records, any outpatient letters, medication/prescriptions. This needs to be dated within the last 6-8 weeks to be valid.  Without this information we are unable to complete the form. You will also need  attend with a valid Photo ID  (passport or driving licence). Please contact us in advance if you are uncertain you have the right information. 

Motorsport medicals

We provide motorsport medicals in accordance with the Motorsport UK guidance.

Please bring your driver’s licence, your NHS General Practitioner’s details along with a copy of your Medical Records, prescription of any medications that you may be taking and your glasses if you wear them. You will be asked to provide a urine sample at the clinic.

We are able to provide Resting ECGs however we unfortunately not able to provide exercise (Stress) ECGs.
